“My wife and I were first introduced to the work of Dana Hawley when in an art gallery in Healdsburg California we saw a landscape we just couldn’t leave the store without. After purchasing the painting the gallery owner sensing how much we loved it offered to introduce us to the artist and that’s when we had the fortune to meet Dana. We drove to her property in Dry Creek and spent the afternoon learning her story and enjoying outstanding wine from the Hawley vineyard and of course left with another painting even more captivating than the one we purchased just hours before. Since that time we have added six additional paintings to grace our house and each and every one is unique and treasured by our family.”
I love Dana Hawley paintings because when I look up at them (I have several!) in my San Francisco apartment, they remind me of my favorite place in the world… wine country, specifically West Dry Creek valley and enjoying a glass of Hawley wine while gazing at the paintings is always a great way to relax after work.
